We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect with 6 to 8 years of ServiceNow experience, including expertise across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and others. The Technical Architect will be responsible for designing comprehensive ServiceNow solutions and defining the road map for clients. Reporting to the Technical Account Manager for the ServiceNow Platform, you will play a key role in advising clients, scoping solutions, and collaborating with users and team members to translate requirements into robust ServiceNow architectures.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience: 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform, specifically within key modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and general module configuration.
- Architecture Expertise: Strong background in designing complex ServiceNow solutions, with experience in creating architectural roadmaps for enterprise clients.
- Technical Skills: Extensive hands-on development experience with ServiceNow, including configuration of modules, workflows, and customizations.
- Client Management: Ability to serve as a trusted advisor, collaborating effectively with stakeholders and understanding their business needs to provide high-value solutions.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and solving complex architectural challenges.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Autonomy: Self-starter capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Certifications: Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Application Developer, or Implementation Specialist) are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Solution Design: Develop and design technical architecture solutions for the ServiceNow platform, including defining the system landscape and detailed solution components.
- Roadmap Development: Create and manage roadmaps for clients that outline the implementation of ServiceNow capabilities, aligning with business objectives and growth plans.
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with clients, users, and internal team members to collect and refine requirements, translating them into detailed design specifications.
- Client Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance on ServiceNow best practices, implementation strategies, and optimal use of the platform.
- Effort Estimation: Scope and estimate the effort required for the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with client timelines and resource constraints.
- Collaboration: Work in tandem with the Technical Account Manager, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure solution alignment with business needs.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to design principles and solution consistency.
- Platform Expertise: Stay informed on the latest ServiceNow features, modules, and industry trends to enhance solution delivery.
